THE ROLE
The candidate will manage the administration for the recruitment of all staff within the department and other HR related duties, as well as organising weekly and monthly induction sessions and staff training. The candidate will co-ordinate the department’s activities in all staffing matters and will work closely with HR team members and F&B Management to ensure all processes are appropriately managed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruitment of casual staff for the various F&B areas including retail, suites and premium.
• Preparing all paperwork and contracts for new casual staff.
• Right to work permits and / or visa with central HR team.
• Running inductions for all new casual staff members.
• Training and development for the team.
• Managing the administration of all recruitment within the department including preparing requests to recruit, distributing job details to potential applicants, managing receipt of applications, arranging interviews, coordinating references and other documentation.
• Implement and deliver rostering, allocation, uniform distribution and return within the arena on show nights. Ensuring staff are adhering to the policies of the venue.
• Rostering casual team members on a daily / weekly basis using HumanForce software according to departmental forecasts and budgets as well as dealing with any payroll queries when they arise.

• Previous experience within a similar role is an advantage.

• Proficient in all MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
