Location Overview
The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is a spectacular new $81 million venue. Owned by the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, the main theatre opened with a sold-out gala performance by Rod Stewart. The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is the premier facility for the arts in West Texas and continues to host more than 150 events each year. Events include concerts, Broadway shows, Midland-Odessa Symphony & Chorale performances, Midland Festival Ballet performances and UTPB Music Department concerts.

  • ASM Global, then SMG, took over management of the Wagner Noël in October of 2011.
  • The Facility is home to the only Broadway Series in West Texas and is successfully in its 8th season. Each season the Wagner Noël has been able to offer six major Broadway productions.
