SUNCORP STADIUM

OVERVIEW

Suncorp Stadium is widely recognised as one of the world’s best rectangular Stadiums, delivering over AU$400+million in economic benefit to the people of Queensland every year.

The Stadium’s 2001-2003 AU$230million Redevelopment delivered a 52,500 seat, 62,500 capacity venue with multiple corporate facilities and function rooms, bars, retail outlets and major event activation spaces.

Clever, operationally driven design principles - provided by ASM Global during the design and construct stages – ensured CapEx focused on elevating the guest experience, creating functional enhancements that consistently deliver commercial gains.

There isn’t a bad seat in the house with maximised visibility for games and concerts alike, as well as highly accessible F&B outlets and amenities that minimise guests’ time away from their seats.
Smart design decisions, and advanced ICT, AV, Security and crowd management systems ensure a positive, interactive guest experience at all times, allowing exceptionally fast ingress and egress for teams, performers and guests during major events.
Broad and inviting plazas at the Northern and Southern ends provide pivotal links to the adjacent Caxton Street and The Barracks entertainment precincts, featuring multiple restaurants, bars, cafes and cinemas.
The Stadium also includes an integrated bus station and is adjacent to major transport links, making it Australia’s most accessible venue.
