ASM Global (SMG at the time) was selected through a competitive process early on in the project to provide pre-development, pre-opening and facility management services. ASM Global worked throughout the pre-opening process to on-board the appropriate staff, create awareness for the project among user groups, and to ensure the project was embraced by the local citizens of Sioux Falls.
