The Venue

Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Ticketing & Box Office Executive who will support in managing and developing the ticketing operation for OVO Arena Wembley.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Event setup and management, from creating manifests to show night and signing off figures.
- Collaborate with Ticketing/Box Office teams and hirers to optimize event configurations, manage seat availability, advise on price breaks and handle ticket sales through to final reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Ticketing Company/Agents/Promoter for accurate show setup.
- Oversee Box Office operations on show days.
- Assist Front of House Manager with ticketing/Box Office customer complaints.
- Maintain seating plans database and grosses; liaise with ticketing supplier.
- Report daily sales figures to promoters.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and ASM Global Health & Safety Policy.
- Utilize resources efficiently to reduce waste and costs.
- Lead and manage using key competencies: planning, problem-solving, decision-making, performance management.
- Perform additional relevant duties as directed by the Manager.
You Will Have
- Previous experience in ticketing or a box office environment.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written, telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ticket sales experience.
- Passion for the live events industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages; including Excel.
A degree of flexibility is necessary as some evening and weekend work may be required.
