The Role
As our Senior Sales Manager you will collaborate with the Head of Premium Seating and Hospitality Development to craft and implement a robust sales strategy alongside the Sales and Marketing Director. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by targeting both National and Regional customers while expanding our customer base through exceptional guest services. Leading a team of top-performing sales professionals, you will also work closely with departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
- Crafting and launching impactful marketing campaigns for premium, advertising, and corporate events, all while keeping a sharp eye on the budget.
- Managing our databases, website, and promotional materials to keep everything fresh and up-to-date.
- Supporting the sales of hospitality packages and event tenancies, and working closely with local communities, sponsors, and clients to ensure they keep coming back for more.
- Assisting with major sponsorships, including those all-important naming rights.
- Running the corporate booking system and CRM, ensuring client data and events are flawlessly managed.
- Hitting sales targets and KPIs while producing reports that showcase your success.
- Leading the team to victory, ensuring everyone’s on the same page and playing by the rules.
- Attending exciting promotional events, handling inquiries, and making sure contracting and invoicing are spot on.
You will have:
- A rock-solid track record in leading B2B sales and driving impressive revenue growth.
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in managing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- A customer-first mindset, with the knack for building and maintaining key relationships.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in CRM, Ticketmaster, digital ticketing, and inventory management.
- A passion for maintaining top-notch standards from start to finish.
