We are currently recruiting for an event based casual Front of House Manager at the OVO Arena Wembley. The role will include planning and preparing for all aspects of the front of house operation on event days only.
As a Front of House Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that during events, guests who visit have an unforgettable experience.
In this role you will be responsible for managing Security and Stewarding as well as overseeing all other departments’ front of house operations to lead excellent customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety while always maintaining the highest standards.
You will deal with ticketing and event requests and complete the necessary paperwork and post event reports, both ensuring that all queries and complaints are dealt with accordingly and we exceed all guest expectations along the way.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a natural flair for customer service, be flexible and approachable to all guests and visitors to the venue with a passion and ability to work with the public in a customer focused environment.
You must be diligent and hands-on with a keen eye for detail and be confident and proactive in supporting the rest of the team with day-to-day duties whilst maintaining patience and empathy even when working under pressure.
Finally you must possess excellent communication as you will be required to conduct staff briefings. SIA badge holders are preferable but not essential. Experience in either front of house or customer service management is required.
Please be aware this role is on an event-by-event basis and that you will need to be able give your availability to cover weekday and weekend shifts in advance.
