The OVO Arena Wembley is one of London’s biggest and most iconic venues playing host to a wide range of events from sport to music along with conferences and award shows, we do it all.
We’re currently recruiting for a number of event Customer Services Assistant to help deliver fantastic service to our guests every time.
Working within our operations team, you will be the face of our guest reception on event days ensuring that no problem is too big or small and are dealt with quickly and professionally, from dealing with seating queries or VIP guest arrivals to responding to guest comments through our customer service inbox or via our social media channels.
As an event Customer Services Assistant no two events will be the same, you will need to be a great communicator ready to assist our customers throughout their time with us. We are looking for positive, flexible and approachable people, with a genuine flair for customer service, confidence in dealing with customers face to face and ability to work in a very busy environment and maintain patience and empathy when working under pressure.
We are looking for people who ideally have experience in working in a customer service team or who are exceptional at communicating directly with customers via telephone and email. Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with great attention to detail, including written, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
You must be proficient in finding a resolution to a customer complaint effectively and quickly.
We are looking for people with an immediate start and who can join us from as early as June. Successful candidates must be available to work circa 3 or 4 shifts a month minimum as well as additional shifts potentially on a non-event days to assist with the increase in demand of enquiries.
SIA badge holders are preferable but not essential. Please be aware this role is on an event-by-event basis, and you must be available for weekends, bank holidays and evenings with some potential shift during overnight events working till the early hours, you will need to be able give your availability to cover shifts in advance.
This role is a full hands-on role ready for someone who loves to work under pressure and at a fast pace and who wants to deliver amazing experience at a great venue.
