Connexin Live is a state-of-the-art, music and events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people that will allow Hull to attract large corporate conferences, exhibitions and trade events as well as major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family shows and sporting events.

MAIN DUTIES
- To sell tickets for all concerts and events at Bonus Arena, Hull, offering advice and guidance to customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- To deal with enquiries from members of the public in a courteous and polite manner to ensure customer service levels are maintained at all times.
- Deal with general administration duties within the Box Office environment.
- Provide a first class service to customers and clients.
- Keep good working relationships with other departments, ticket agencies and corporate clients.
- Any other duties required by the General Manager.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Smart appearance and good presentation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility around working hours.
- Ability to work under pressure.
